   Blue Dragon Kennels was started with our “Brad Pitt” of Pit Bulls, Blue “Dragon”. Dragon is an awesome Gargoyle looking home and car protector because people are awed by him, but choose not to approach with out our permission. But Dragon is 100% approachable by all people and dogs, aggression has to be provoked he does not have an uncontrollable need to bite or act the ass.
   He is lean with perfect proportions and a vibrant color. His head has an impressive heart shape and he carries the terrier-slanted eyes. He also prefers to be a lap dog, he gives lots of kisses and demands to riding in the bed of the truck. He has better balance then a cat when it comes to his Dads’ Indy style driving. When playing with Dragon he understands how to grab not to bite and he can bounce and switch side to side, up and down with precision- to avoid or to tag. He is his fathers dog and he has been trained to bite on command and he stops on command.
   Very few dogs know how pretty they are, not Dragon, he KNOWS he is gorgeous and spends a lot of his time posing for attention. We have not found one female dog of any size that is not immediately woowed by our Dragon, also known as “Muffin”.

Achilles is a young stud. He struts like a lion with out a care and he has a know-it-all attitude. He acts like a teenager when he is told what he can and cannot do – he does things reluctantly and gives you a dirty look and a huff in the process. Physically he is huge, he has a massive head and shoulders to mach. Achilles will prove to be a pulling champion in the near future. Achilles feels he is dominant to all other male dogs but he takes a moment to see if there is any question about his arrogance. He will not engage another male if he is reminded and on the opposite side he is quite ferocious when attacked by another male. He takes it as his job to protect the family and our female dogs. His attitude is very subtle and laid back you have to watch his body language to know what he is thinking.
He has Fawn coloring with a platinum hue, Blue accents around the eyes and white feet. Achilles loves to be the center of attention. If you are sitting down he will throw himself into your lap or pin you up against a wall with his booty to demand scrunches and rubs. Achilles gives kisses when you deserve them and prefers to sit on your feet to show his affection while attentively watching TV with you before bed.

Repo is our eldest male and our 12 year old sons’ dog. He is everything a guard dog should be. Repo loves his boy ( our son) and wants nothing more then to please our son and be with our son. Instinctually he goes into a protection mode when placed on a leash. If you put him in the house, a car or put him on a lead in front of a door he will not allow anyone in that he does not know or like. Now take him off the lead or get back in the car and the same person he would not allow to enter at an earlier time he will approach with his tail wagging and he will appreciate a good rub down from that same said person. He is very good at reading people.

Repo is a dominate male, but he calls for respect and does not feel the need to prove himself until challenged and he has always displayed natural fighting moves that have out witted his opponents. No! We do not fight any of our dogs, but again Repo calls for his dominance and when on a lead or when being walked and in acidental confrontations between our own animals Repo has always been the victor. You could call him "Moves of lightning".

He has also proven over the years that he is an awesome teacher to pups’ and young dogs. He is very patient, loves to play or just sit and watch. When a pup gets out of hand he can gently discipline and when a pubescent male is coming into the need to test the waters, again he can school and put down that male with out causing much in the way of physical damage.

He is not our prettiest, he is our most talented family protector.

Born in February 2007. Poseidon is one arrogant, pushy, demanding, royalty wearing, bite in my #$%@!!

With those same words I can say he is a happy, energetic, snugglin’, attention crying baby boy. I have never had a dog that talks back after being scolded by emitting sounds that sound like words under his breath as he tucks and turns his head. Or his other move of “I dare you” which is literally finding a stance and giving me one loud bark in return for his swat. It is difficult not to laugh at the blatant feedback he throws.

Today as an adult-

Poseidon ….. I really like him. He is very talkative and smart. He does get upset when he is not someone’s Big Boo for the day. Pit Bulls have a hard time not being apart of someone’s life, they really need to be and have a place in someone’s daily routine and activities. Poseidon has gone camping and fishing and done many things with our family. He loves to snuggle and sleep with me (Adrienne) or our son when driving or on the couch. He loves to play and be the sparkle of the day. He will most likely be male dog aggressive if not kept socialized to other dogs he does not know when he comes into his 2nd or 3rd year. He loves to socialize with people, other dogs, kids are cool!, cats and so on.
