How much are puppies?
They run 1000 to 3000 dollars plus shipping and this does not include ears.

(If you want your puppies ears clipped contact your local vets to arrange ear clipping.) (Shipping with in the lower 48 will run an average of 375, Canada 450, overseas is very individualized.) Shipping charge total includes cargo, travel kennel and required travel vet health certificate.

Some pups are left behind by deposit holders and on occasion we will offer some pups at a price under 1000 dollars with an agreement of having the pup spay or neutered.

When the pups are born pictures and video will be posted three times as they mature and in the sixth week each pup will be priced by BDA. At that sixth week the deposit holders in order will choose which one they want and at the price that each pup is pre priced at. Deposit holders can move their non refundable deposit once to another litter if they do not find what they want in the first litter.

Pups Labeled “Breeders Choice Pups” will be priced the highest and will come with breeding requirements exclusive to BDA breeding program. (Breeders Choice Pup Requirements.) Non BC pups are not required to breed and are not required to breed only to BDA. Our Nationwide Breeding program is an option to all of our members.

Litter price range will be posted with their announcements on the breeding and pup page. Litters are generally priced at 1500 to 1000 dollars and the BC pups are 2500.

If you have no interest in breeding your BDA pup please fill out the SPCA spay/neuter form and BDA will set aside 100 dollars as available funds to be held for the first 6 month. When you make an appointment with SPCA for your pup, contact and mail in the SPCA S&N form and we will mail you a check written out to SPCA to pay for you pups operation. Those available funds will be forfeited after the pup has reached 7 months of age.

In order to ensure a BDA Exclusive Nationwide Breeding Program-

Blue Dragon Alaska will pick two Breeders Choice pups in every litter before anyone makes their picks. BDA has the option to keep a B.C. pup but I am not interested in having a bunch of dogs to tend to. These pups will be priced higher and come with exclusive breeding requirements where the owners are paid from the sales of the litters and BDA will work to find sponsors to send these dogs and their owners or trainers into competition. Males are required to Sire a minimum of 4 litters and Dams two litters which are BDA to BDA pairs and all is promoted by the site and pups sold through BDA. Again, a BC pup is exclusive to BDA breeding and if you as an owner choose to participate your BC pup in only the minimum requirements of the program BDA will require that the now adult dog to be spay or neutered after those requirements are met. You as the owner may choose to continue participating in the breeding program with further stud's and more then two litters on the Dam's. But when the dog owner has decided to discontinue breeding the dog will be fixed.

If you purchase a non BC pup you still have the option to use BDA to promote your dog and its litter if the breeding is a BDA to a BDA. Contract guidelines are on the site.

Be sure to read all the option available for you to benefit from as a Blue Dragon Alaska dog owner on the website.
